Q: Are you receiving weak signals on your phone, no signals at all, or having trouble using the internet?

Ans: Before registering a complaint, please make sure you have considered the following:

  • If you are in a 4G coverage area, dial *4# to make sure your SIM card also supports 4G service.
  • Dial *124# to make sure your prepaid account has not expired, or you have enough balance to use the internet. You can also check via UPTCL App or My Ufone Self Care web portal.
  • Dial *706# to make sure you have enough data resources to use the internet.
  • Visit coverage map to confirm you are not outside the coverage city/area.
  • If you are in the coverage area, make sure you are not in a basement.
  • 'Network Selection' mode in your mobile phone settings should be set to "Auto".
  • Restart your mobile phone and observe the signal strength again.
  • Observe the signals by inserting your SIM card into another mobile phone set.
